| Succesful tie in with Harborough Dance Academy MAD Photography of Desborough are delighted to announce that following the success of the Photography of Harborough Dance Academy's "A Step in Time" show at Kettering Lighthouse Theatre in early April, we were asked along to photograph a Dance Competition featuring 6 dance schools at Beauchamp College Leicester. That has gone so well that we have today been asked back to cover next years show being put on by Harborough Academy of Performing Arts and the subsequent Disco Competition. Knowing that the Academy had used 3 different photographers in 3 years we are treating it as a compliment to be asked back. |

| Glamour shoot & Personal Calendars Following a recent Glamour shoot for a Northampton girl, when she came back to view, in addition to ordering the prints that were included within the Glamour Portfolio shoot, she also ordered an Individual Personal Calendar for her partner. This features a page per month with between one and 3 photos on each page plus a front cover shot. When she picked up the Personal Calendar yesterday she said "I want to keep it for myself and not give it away now"! She can of course get extra copies done if she wants. We have another Glamour Shoot for a Kettering girl which was due for this week which has now been re-arranged for October and she is keen to get a Persnall Glamour calendar done as well. | Wedding Showcase Success Last Sunday MAD Photography had a display stand at Kettering Park Hotels Wedding Showcase. Concentrating on showing Wedding photography for Kettering and Corby areaa, we were expecting at least 2 bookings as couples had contacted us to book during the week so we invited them along. A third couple looking for Wedding Photography in Corby were also expected along to view. All 3 turned up and all 3 told us they would book and formal agreements were given out. In addition another couple looking for a Wedding photographer in Kettering asked us to book their date in early summer of 2012. Since the day we have received another call for us to cover their Wedding Photography at Kettering Park Hotel in February 2012. Whilst the couple would have come for a look, staff from the Hotel had specifically recommended us as Wedding Photographers who knew Kettering Park Hotel inside out and we were the photographers to have especially in winter. So, for now that is 5 confirmed bookings taken, subject to the deposits being received from one days show. | Horse Racing Coverage Yesterday saw us covering a Horse race meeting at Folkestone in Kent... couldnt they have found a racecourse closer to us... something like 340 mile round trip. Having worked for a Particular company previously we were contacted and asked if we would photograph the proceedings for their bi-annual event. Having had thier previous event Motor Racing this time they hired the whole of the top floor of the grandstand. In addition the parent company had sponsored all 6 of the races. For each there was an award for the best turned out horse and we photographed a representative from the company presenting a cash award to the Stable "Lad". The winning owners were also presented with a trophy by a representative and again we covered this for them. So all in all, we photographed 12 awards and covered all the goings on, presenting the company with a photographic record of their day.
